How It Works

Step 1 - Let's Chat!

A 15-minute phone call is the fastest, easiest way to go over all the details and answer any questions you have about family session and working with me. Feel free to review my calendar.

We will discuss what your ultimate needs are for photography such as holiday cards, wall art,  frames or albums. If you have questions about styling or props we will cover it during this call. If it sounds like we’re a good fit, we can get your session on the books and start getting ready for some fun!

Your session fee and a little paperwork are all that’s required to reserve your spot.

 

Step 2 - The Session

Outdoor family sessions are generally scheduled during golden hour (about 1-2 hours before sunset). Sessions usually last around 60-75 minutes. The goal is for the whole family to relax and have fun. We want to create cherished memories during the session and capture it through the photograph. The children will usually indicate when they are done so we leave the time a little flexible. We also have a studio option as well with a seamless white background. 

 

Step 3 - Your Ordering Appointment

We will schedule a “review party”  two weeks after your scheduled session and watch your personal slideshow of curated images to review and enjoy with your loved ones. Once you’ve had a chance to see all of your photos, I will assist you in helping you decide which photo is the best for your specific product needs whether it is for a holiday card or wall art display.

We want to get your images out of the “digital photo box” to the family wall for everyone to enjoy. I bring my skills as a professional photographer from the photo session, through the edit process and with ultimately providing you with a tangible artwork in hand.

Step 4- Delivery

For local clients, we  hand deliver your artwork to your home and hang on your wall.
